The award-winning One Spa at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh has launched a range of new and exclusive lifestyle programmes called "One Spa Journeys".
The concept, centred on the mantra of “One Journey, many destinations”, is a personalised and guided experience which assists individuals in achieving life goals and lasting benefits to their wellbeing.
One Spa Journeys are individually tailored programmes which draw on the unique synergy of facilities and services at One Spa. These unique experiences combine use of the 19m infinity swimming pool, rejuvenating Thermal Suite, iconic rooftop Hydropool and state-of-the–art gym, fitness and Kinesis studios with the latest ESPA treatments and nutritious spa cuisine, specially created by Malcolm Webster, the hotel’s award-wining chef. These acclaimed spa treatments and facilities, together with the Spa’s team of highly skilled wellness experts, which includes Iain Bell, one of Scotland’s premier fitness & lifestyle consultants, enable clients to experience some real and lasting benefits to their wellbeing.
Created to guide guests into making lifestyle choices and educate on wellness habits that can be adopted in every day life, these tailored experiences will give initial guidance towards an individual goal, whether it’s a more relaxed state-of-mind, a more toned body or simply a healthier lifestyle.
Guests can choose from three individual “One Spa Journeys” which can be taken as a two or five day programme and can be combined with a residential stay at the five-star Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa for the ultimate wellness break. The journeys include:

Getting ready for an important event or a life defining moment, this completely tailored experience is for individuals with a key goal.
The two-day “One Spa Journey” begins with a wellness consultation where a fitness & lifestyle specialist will run through the main aims of the programme with you. This will include two luxurious spa treatments (totalling 1hr 45 mins), a personal training session in the state-of-the-art gym with fantastic fitness and kinesis studios and lunch in the spa café with dishes to suit your nutritional needs. Guests can then relax and rejuvenate in the renowned Escape at One facilities including rooftop Hydropool and Thermal Suite.
Prices start from £295 per person as a day guest and £370 per person as a residential guest (based on two sharing and including breakfast).
The five-day “One Spa Journey” includes all of the above with an additional spa treatment (totalling spa treatment time of 2hrs 55mins), an additional personal training session and a one-to-one Pilates session. Prices start from £480 per person as a day guest and £780 per person as a residential guest (based on two sharing and including breakfast).
One Spa has recently expanded its luxurious offering with the opening of eight new stylish treatment rooms. Adding a further touch of exclusivity, One Spa is now one of only five spas in Scotland to offer the new Super Active treatments from ESPA.
